Relief is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app, the MIDAS calculator on this site, and every article in the Research Library are educational tools only.
The MIDAS questionnaire is a validated research instrument, but a score generated here is not a clinical diagnosis. AI-generated trigger correlations are statistical patterns found in your own logs, not medical conclusions — correlation is not causation, and an apparent pattern may be coincidence.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment. Never delay seeking medical care because of something you read here or saw in the app.
Seek emergency medical attention immediately if you experience: a sudden severe headache unlike any before; headache with fever or a stiff neck; headache after a head injury; or headache with weakness, confusion, slurred speech, or loss of vision.
By downloading Relief or using migraine.live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are under 18, you may use Relief only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the security of your device and your iCloud account. Because your health data is stored on your device rather than on our servers, we cannot recover it if you lose your device without an iCloud backup. We recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled.
Core tracking features are free. Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID.
Current subscription options, prices, and any free-trial period are shown inside the app on the purchase screen before you confirm, in your local currency. Prices vary by region and may change; any change applies only to future billing periods and is shown to you before it takes effect.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under Apple's Media Services Terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory cancellation and refund rights apply and are not affected by anything in this section.
Please do not reverse-engineer or decompile the app, resell or sublicense access, scrape or bulk-download this website, or present our educational content as your own medical advice to others.
The Relief name, app, interface design, and the written articles on this site are owned by Relief AI (Knyaz Harutyunyan). Your health data belongs entirely to you — we claim no ownership over anything you log.
MIDAS is a research instrument developed by Dr. Walter Stewart and Dr. Richard Lipton. We implement it for educational purposes and claim no ownership of the questionnaire itself.
Relief is licensed, not sold, to you through the App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We aim to keep Relief working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we discontinue the app, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Relief is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, you keep the mandatory protections and the courts of your usual place of residence.
